India Also Has

 A Stock Market Bubble


                               India inflated stock prices and a large supply of IPOs led to India all the heated debate on the stock market.
Some of the supporters of the bull market on the view that India is a fundamental change, consumers to their personal wealth more closely with Indian companies closely linked, it also paved the way for the further prosperity of the middle class.


                              Pessimistic bear market commentators pointed out that "investors naive optimism fueling a bubble in the stock market." These critics warned that Indian investors have forgotten the early 1990s, the Indian stock market due to the fraud scandal as a result of the continued downturn in the number of years ago the technology bubble burst brought huge losses.

                         Tracking analysis of stock market trends and issues, managing director of New Delhi, the first data company Prithvi Hardi believes that the current Indian stock market bubble in part due to the lack of depth and breadth of market, about 3/4 of the daily trading volume come from short-term trading. He said: "It's like a casino, if you ask the investors are on a stock to understand how many people do not know." Deeper concerns that India's lack of natural resources, if they appear similar to the 2006 oil price volatility of the situation, the Indian stock market is likely to be affected. In addition, the inflation situation in India has the atmosphere of Wind, short-term speculation is accumulation of foam to the market, these have cast a shadow over the prosperity of the Indian stock market.
